Out of stock on an item

Our articles are available in limited quantities. The commercial success sometimes causes the rupture of stock of certain of our articles. Contact us via chat to interrogate us. There is a good chance that we produce the item for you within 15-21 days at no additional cost.

Status of my order?

To check the status of your order, log into your account, then click the appropriate command. You should see the progress of the shipment of each item.

MyMagicDress Ltd owns its stock and manages 100% of the processing of your order. With  DHL Express partner, your package are shipped safely.

Modification/ cancellation of order

If you want to change or cancel your order, please write directly to our "contact us".

Return procedure of your package

To make a return, login to your account, select the command you want to return an item and click Return Policy of this command.
You can then select the items you want to return. The returned items must be in original condition and accompanied their packaging.
