Return and refund


The conditions returns described in detail in How to make a return.
You have a period of 14 days from the delivery date of your order to complete the return form.
The item will then be reported to the carrier within three days.
We reserve the right to refuse releases or returned late returns, and sections whose state has been altered.
Insert the number of the control relative to the product you want to restore.

Procedure and conditions of return

We thought of a procedure simple and convenient return, to make pleasant your online shopping experience even if your purchase does not satisfy you fully. You can return any product purchased within 14 days from the delivery date. Here's how:

  • Make sure the products are in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags attached.
  • Complete the online Return Form to receive your return number
  • Prepare the package and attach the pre-printed label and prepaid DHL on the box (or a box with the same strength characteristics) so as to cover the information of the first installment. With our return service, you will have the security to be reimbursed in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
  • Contact DHL by phone or online, to arrange a date and withdrawal address: our courier will collect the parcel where you prefer.

The repayment includes the amount of products that you have returned and the shipping fee (from Standard Service). Returns for our service, we will deduct a lump sum equal to shipping from (in the case of sending Free Standard, the return will be free). If you prefer, you can also choose a different courier UPS. In this case, return costs will be charged to you directly and we will not be responsible in case of theft or loss.
You will receive a confirmation email when we accept your return within 3 days of delivery in our warehouse. We remind you that we can only refund the products returned correctly. If your return does not meet the conditions described, we can not make a refund, and the package will be returned. You can always check the status of your return in space through My return or Tracking Number.
In addition, we remind you that:

  • We are currently not able to offer exchanges of products.
  • You can send your return only from the country in which you performed the command.
  • If you have lost the return label, ask the DHL courier you bring on withdrawal and fill it with the following information:

Once your warehouse receives your returned items and it will appear that all the required conditions for return were well respected, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refund times depend on the method of payment used:

  • Purchase by credit / debit card: the repayment period depends on the institution that issued the credit / debit card. We inform you that the date of recréditation value will in any case the same as the speed, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
  • Payment with PayPal: the refund will be visible within 24 hours after receiving our confirmation email.
